Who We Are
We are a company that provides teams of Peruvian professionals specialized in agricultural and livestock activities for local agro-export companies. The members of our work teams are graduates from some of the most prestigious agricultural technical institutes and universities in Peru.
We do not provide general labor; instead, we assemble highly productive technical teams specialized in land preparation, soil fertilization, and irrigation systems across the diverse microclimates found in Peru’s coast, highlands, and jungle regions.
In agricultural machinery operations, our field technicians are trained to:
- Prepare and calibrate equipment before operation
- Reduce the risk of failures and unplanned downtime
- Operate agricultural and heavy machinery
- Perform basic preventive maintenance
